Pipe pile classification Pipe pile is divided into 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 550mm, 600mm, 800mm and 1000mm according to the outside diameter. The actual production diameter is 300mm and 400mm. , 500 mm, 600 mm based. At present, the diameter is mainly 400 and 600 outside diameter, and the pipe piles are all produced in the factory. The common length is 8-12 meters.
The pipe piles are divided into A type, AB type and B type according to the bending moment moment of the pile body. The effective prestress of type A is about 3.5-4.2Mpa, that of type AB is 5.0Mpa, and that of type B is about 5.5-6.0Mpa. Generally, the effective prestress of the pipe pile is 4-5Mpa. The pile concrete can effectively resist the concrete piles during piling. Pile tensile stress, therefore, for general construction projects, the choice of China's A or AB type of pipe can be. Each section of pipe has a factory marking, indicating that the surface of the pipe pile is about 1.0 meters from the end of the pipe.
The main difference is that the vertical bearing capacity of the A-type and B-type piles is almost the same, but the AB-type bending performance is better than that of the A-type, and it will not break under a large hammering force when passing through a hard soil layer. For static pressure construction, type A is more easily broken than type AB when the same degree of bending is used.
The main difference between A-piles and AB-piles is simply that the amount of steel reinforcement is not the same. For example, the outer diameter 300mm piles, the wall thickness 70mm single-piece pile length within 11m require A-pillar reinforcement 6Φ7.1 and AB pile 6φ9.0, visible AB piles. The steel bars are densely distributed! In the same situation, the B pile is 8Φ9.0, and the C pile is 8Φ10.7. The amount of reinforcing steel is different. Obviously the greater the amount, the greater the compressive value of the pile. The actual design must refer to the geological data and the upper load to determine the type of pile and design the len
